Are you delicately endowed? Or perhaps very flat-chested? Do you feel like a bit of an Odd-Bod? Is a trip to the beach sometimes a bit of a sartorial trauma?
Perhaps you've tried, but given up on, gel-filled max-cleavage bust-enhancing type contraptions (too tight, uncomfortable and do your lymph no favours), but you are nevertheless painfully aware that a revealing deep-V is no beach-buddy of yours, and you're looking for swimwear which will allow you to swim, give a nod to good style, and maybe, just maybe, do you a little favour in the process?
If so... you're IN LUCK! Loose Debra was at Studland Beach in Dorset, UK, this week, chillin' with friends and family and perusing comfortable and flattering swimwear amongst the ferns and beach huts....
First up we have Fiona (left) and Karen (right) enjoying the Jurassic coast in Seafolly bikinis. Fiona's ruffles are glamorous and cleavage enhancing without the weight and trouble of padding or inserts. Karen's bikini top has more chest coverage than most, limiting any potential scarring or lack of cleavage, and meaning she can swim or dive without the risk of anything falling out! Both these bikinis do up with self-adjusting, free-flowing straps, meaning the tightness is up to you, and not to a tight plastic or metal clasp. Can we just say, we HATE clasps, (and anything tight and restrictive)? Phew, ta for that, feeling better already.
Then we have Millie in a cut-out swimsuit also from Seafolly. Here the strong stripy patterns are distracting from the chest, and the unusual cut-outs at the neckline emphasise skin other than cleavage - a favourite Loose Debra trick! Also note the way this suit does up at the back in our second picture: perfectly secure for swimming, and perfectly free for self-adjustment without clasps :-)
Lots of Loose Debra beach frolics to be had in these three pieces. As always, do let us know in the comments whether you have any problems with swim or beach wear which we can try to address :-) And now, excuse us whilst we take a stylish paddle and practice our breast stroke in the sea...
We'd like to thank our photographer Mark Crick, 53, who has 'never had so much fun, not even shooting really famous people'. Our model Fiona, aka Lady B (54) (we KNOW!) who is usually far too modest to pose but was persuaded in the name of freedom, fashion and ruffled bikinis. Thanks also to our model Millie (16) who will do anything for a chocolate caramel slice from the National Trust cafe on Knoll Beach, including posing whilst thousands of back packers walked past staring. Ok, about 20 of them. And of course to me, Loose Debra's very own Chief Freedom Fighter, who put on a bikini despite a hangover from literally two glasses of wine the night before - just don't know my limits...Cheers!
